• The expert report showing the real value of the real estate prepared by the CMB (Capital market board) licensed appraisal experts.
• A document showing that the real estate cannot be sold for 3 years by adding an unsold annotation to the real estate before deed transfer transactions.

• Transfer receipt of the amount from the buyer’s account of at least $ 250,000 in total to the official account of the seller or the individual.

• Proof of Residency,
• Biometric photo,
• Registration document showing family members,
• Marriage certificate or divorce certificate.
