RISING TOWER OF SISLI

Located in Şişli, one of the major places of Istanbul, the project is located on the Şişli-Mecidiyeköy axis and next to the main road connecting to the Bosphorus Bridge. The 30-storey block, rising over a 5-storey foundation, has a versatile approach to planning that enables the arrangement of offices of various sizes. A small shopping center and commercial units that meet the regular needs of the offices are reserved on the building’s ground and upper floors.

In Nurol Tower, vertical circulation, which is particularly important in office buildings, is also a priority. A potential circulation problem has been thoroughly solved with both the number of elevators used to enter the main office levels, two private executive entrances, and six elevators serving them.
